Lovely place to stay
My son and I nipped down (from Orkney) to Cromarty for a quick break and ended up being really delighted that the B&B we had booked (Sydney House) totally left us in the lurch by informing us, when we arrived, that they were double-booked and telling us to go away (without even volunteering to help us find somewhere else!).
To our good fortune, we bumped into Helen and she let us have her totally lovely and fantastically spic and span flat, where we stayed the night and enjoyed the gorgeous view from its picture window. We could not have done better for ourselves if we had tried and highly recommend a stay there (preferably longer than ours!). Thank you, Helen.

My brother & I stayed in Helen's lovely flat for 5 nights. The flat is comfortable & had everything that you need. It's in a lovely spot overlooking the firth and even the oil rigs moored there don't spoil the view. We loved it & will be back !!

Myself my wife and 2 little girls stayed at this fantastic apartment last weekend and were totally blown away with its location and how immaculate the apartment was with everything you needed at hand for a comfortable and stress free break. I grew up in Cromarty and left around 20 years ago with the odd flying visit back up to see family. We have stayed in several places in the village over the years which were all good but this place comes out on top 10/10. It’s location is great with you being able to just step out the front door and walk onto the beach, pop next door to the hotel for a pint or just walk 3 min to the slaughterhouse coffee place where you will get an awesome cup of coffee and listen to the banter of the locals. Kenny and Helen have thought of everything in the apartment to make it like a home from home, the place is immaculate and very tastefully decorated, my girls especially liked the reading books that were left out for them on their bedside table and also spotting the seals swimming in the morning from the Living room window (pic of the wee one seal spotting). Big thanks again to Kenny and Helen for a great stay and we shall be back very soon for longer. Warren, Jodie, Anna and Sarah

We stayed at Seascape over Hogmanay with our dog this year and loved it. The flat looks out over the beach and firth and is immaculately clean and well appointed. Cromarty is a beautiful, peaceful small town with plenty of walks and there's a very nice hotel pub next door to the flat where we had a good meal with excellent local beers. Also we must recommend Sutor Creek café where we went for our Hogmanay dinner. It's much more than a café, the seafood was tremendous - sea trout, hake, whitebait and more. Cracking Scottish gins, great ambience and friendly service - brilliant. We'll be back to Cromarty.
